By accessing or using the Ambiom application (ambiom.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access or use the service.
Permission is granted to use Ambiom for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The Ambiom application and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
Certain features of Ambiom ("Pro Features") may require a subscription or one-time purchase. All payments are processed securely via Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record.
By purchasing Pro Features, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms displayed at the time of purchase. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, and transaction compliance.
We offer refunds in accordance with Paddle's policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
14-Day Refund Window (Consumer Right to Cancel): If you are a consumer purchasing for personal (non-business) use, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a full refund within 14 days from the date of the transaction (or from the date of subscription renewal for recurring purchases), without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact Paddle directly at [email protected] or through their support portal at paddle.net, providing your order details. Paddle will process eligible refunds without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice.
After the 14-day period, refunds are generally not provided except in cases of technical issues preventing access to the purchased features, fraud, or as otherwise determined by Paddle in their sole discretion.
For subscription cancellations after the initial 14-day period: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period, and access continues until the end of the paid period. To cancel a subscription, contact Paddle support or manage it through your Paddle account.
All refund requests must be handled through Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We do not process refunds directly.
